Karen works to maintain and improve the company’s quality, productivity, and efficiency. This involves being responsible for the day-to-day operations of these functions for the company and being the first point of contact for clients. She loves being a part of that very first discussion about a potential project. Being solution-oriented and having a desire to provide quality customer service allows her to excel in her role.
