Design criteria included: “A modern styled center hall colonial that feels welcoming (homey) and not formal. Simplicity of design is important…” From there we were able to design and build the home displayed in this gallery. Interior cabinetry, trim, doors and wood floors are all natural red oak for a unique combination of warmth and simple lines pointing to architectural details of the past. The front elevation exemplifies the “simple” theme and a large area well on the South side provides loads of light into the finished basement.
