Starting with a beautiful location on Austin Lake and a rough draft of the desired addition, designer Tami Caperton of Pennings & Sons went to work to perfect the design for this easy to access Main Floor Master suite.  Some of the owner’s wishes that we were able to incorporate were: a spacious Bedroom space with a great view of the lake, ample closet space, a Bathroom that included space for a free standing sauna, a new Laundry area, and an inviting front entry.  In the design careful attention was given to the exterior features to ensure that the addition looks like it was part of the original house.
