This main floor remodel on Austin Lake began with the concept of creating a more open floorplan. The Kitchen and Living room were fairly open; however, the Owners’ Suite and hallways felt confining. By relocating the Owners’ Bathroom, Laundry, and Hall Bathroom, this created a more open layout. An added bonus was the new views of Austin Lake from the Owners’ Suite, which now directly faces the lake. By restructuring the main staircase, a custom wet bar was created under the stairs. A custom Fireplace surround and an amazing Kitchen with a one-of-a-kind island that reveals a hidden pantry are just a few of the must-see items on this beautiful Austin Lake remodel.
