Remodel Description

Built in 1941, this two-story home in the lovely Winchell neighborhood, was previously modified seemingly without a comprehensive plan for flow or function. Full potential use of the Main Floor square footage was severely restricted. By efficiently combining several small areas, we created a relatively large inviting space for preparing food, eating, relaxing, and working on the computer or other hobbies.
