Remodel Description

Pennings restored and improved parts of a late 1800's Italianate by designing, remodeling and adding a new Kitchen, Master Bath and Main Floor Laundry. Some original hardware was cleaned up and reused and original trim and glass detail was reproduced to produce a gorgeous outcome!
