Remodel Description

A new deck was designed and built by Pennings & Sons to mirror the imposing shape of this home's gable end. Glass railings allow minimal obstruction of the view down toward the lake. Support Posts were selectively spaced to allow maximum view of the lake from the walk-out Basement below. Synthetic decking, pvc based deck skirting and posts wraps cover the treated lumber framing underneath. An unused second story deck was also removed and windows added to allow a better lake view from inside the Master Bedroom
