To meet historical district guidelines and match the new Garage to the existing house, Pennings & Sons designed in the dual pitch hip roof, the carriage house overhead door, and the gooseneck lights. To create maximum storage, Pennings & Sons designed this Garage with scissors trusses and a loft with permanent stairs to keep valuable floor space available.
