Remodel Description

A tired 1950's ranch was given new life with this Pennings and Sons transformation. About 800 square feet were added to expand a very small Kitchen to include a Butler's Pantry and a Family Room space.

Custom Features

• shifted Garage entrance from side to front of house
• created nice sized Master Bathroom
• added lots of Closet space
• Chimney modified with curved copper tops to mimic new Front porch
• barrel vault ceiling installed in Front Entry
