This Home had received a full makeover upstairs, so Basement got a face lift too!  The dark stairs before leading to the basement were relocated and made light and bright.  An old, small bar area was upgraded to a full Kitchenette with new track lighting over the Island.  A unique, modern fireplace was also added.
