Renovated for continued use as a get-away cottage, a second story loft was added to create more living space with a view of the lake. Aside from a few vestiges of the last update, the entire home has been upgraded to reflect the current owner’s needs and tastes. Pennings & Sons provided full design and construction services to enlarge the footprint and remodel the garage to tie together exterior design features. Access was created under the deck and dirt removed to create some functional lake recreation type storage space on the otherwise tight lot. Great Room ceilings were raised to create more volume inside.
