When this home was originally built in 2003, it made its debut in the Parade of Homes as a new build entry. Now, over 20 years later, it returns to the Parade with a stunning main floor and kitchen remodel — expertly designed and crafted by the talented team at Pennings & Sons.

The original layout featured a discrete dining room, a petite pantry, and a compartmentalized main floor. Our design team reimagined the space, creating an open layout that enhances flow, functionality, and style. The kitchen was expanded to allow for more storage, improved cooking and entertaining space, and better overall traffic flow.

This remodel has completely transformed the home—bringing modern function and beauty to a classic space.
